Research materials are not eligible for return.
PuraNova Labs does not accept returns of research materials. Because these products are handled under strict standards and are intended only for laboratory, analytical, and research use, all sales are treated as final and returned merchandise is not accepted.
No Returns on Research Materials
All research-use compounds, peptides, and related materials sold by PuraNova Labs are non-returnable. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the materials may not be returned for exchange, resale, storage, or refund.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody integrity, returned items cannot be reintroduced into active inventory. For this reason, PuraNova Labs does not accept returns based on buyer preference, mistaken selection, unused condition, or changes in purchasing need.
Review Orders Before Submission
Customers are responsible for confirming that all product names, quantities, sizes, and order details are accurate before placing an order or submitting payment. Please review your order carefully, as approved transactions are considered final and non-returnable.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If an order appears to have been fulfilled incorrectly, or if the shipment arrives with material damage, contact PuraNova Labs promptly after delivery so the issue can be reviewed. Reporting an issue does not automatically authorize a return, but verified fulfillment errors may be assessed individually.
Relationship to Refund Policy
This Return Policy should be read together with the Refund Policy and all other posted site policies. The refusal of returns on research materials supports the broader final-sale policy that applies to products offered through the PuraNova Labs website.
Important: Research-use materials offered by PuraNova Labs are not returnable. Orders should be reviewed carefully before purchase, and no return authorization is provided for standard research-material transactions.
