Customer copies of available supplier-provided analytical documentation may be provided upon request.
PuraNova Labs does not personally perform the laboratory testing. Testing documentation is supplied to PuraNova Labs through its supplier/testing chain. PuraNova Labs may provide customers with redacted copies of available testing documentation.
Certain supplier-identifying or proprietary supply-chain information may be redacted in order to protect PuraNova Labs' confidential supplier relationships.
When a customer-facing copy is redacted, supplier-identifying information may be removed, but the reported analytical results are not altered.
Customer-facing redacted reports are clearly identified as:

If you purchase a PuraNova Labs research product and want additional verification, you may have an unopened vial independently tested by a qualified analytical laboratory.
If the independent laboratory results show that the tested product materially fails to match its represented identity or specifications, PuraNova Labs will:
- Reimburse the reasonable cost of the qualifying independent laboratory test; AND
- Refund TWO TIMES the amount paid for the affected vial.

Example: If the affected vial cost $100 and a qualifying independent laboratory test confirms that it materially fails the applicable specifications, the customer may qualify for reimbursement of the testing expense plus a $200 refund for that vial.

THE PURANOVA TESTING GUARANTEE IS OFFERED SOLELY BY PURANOVA LABS / PURANOVALABS.COM.
The PuraNova Testing Guarantee is provided exclusively by PuraNovaLabs.com. Independent representatives are not responsible for testing reimbursements, refunds, claim decisions, or other obligations under this guarantee.
It is NOT a guarantee, warranty, reimbursement program, or financial obligation of any independent representative.
Independent representatives do not determine whether a claim qualifies, approve claims, reimburse laboratory testing expenses, or issue the 2× refund.
All Testing Guarantee claims must be submitted directly to PuraNova Labs. The independent representative who facilitated the original transaction is not responsible for paying any portion of a Testing Guarantee claim.
QUALIFYING TEST REQUIREMENTS
These requirements allow us to verify genuine claims and qualifying testing expenses.
- The vial submitted for testing must be an authentic PuraNova Labs research product and unopened when provided to the independent laboratory.
- The customer must provide reasonable documentation identifying the original product and transaction, including the amount actually paid for the affected vial.
- Testing must be performed by a legitimate independent analytical laboratory capable of performing the applicable identity/purity analysis, using an appropriate analytical method for the represented identity or specification being evaluated. The customer may choose the qualified laboratory; it does not have to be selected by PuraNova Labs.
- The customer must provide the complete original laboratory report directly to PuraNova Labs.
- The report must contain enough identifying information for PuraNova Labs to reasonably verify the laboratory, test performed, sample, and results.
- PuraNova Labs may contact the testing laboratory to verify the authenticity of the report.
- Reimbursement applies to reasonable laboratory testing charges associated with the qualifying analysis. Provide an itemized testing invoice or receipt documenting those charges.
- The 2× refund applies to the purchase price actually paid for the affected vial, not the Suggested Retail Price displayed on PuraNovaLabs.com.
- The guarantee applies only to the affected vial actually tested and confirmed to materially fail its represented identity or applicable specifications. Minor analytical variance within the applicable specification or the method’s established measurement uncertainty does not constitute a material failure.
- Claims are subject to verification before reimbursement or refund is issued. Verification concerns authenticity, sample identification, applicable specifications, and qualifying charges; a legitimate result will not be rejected simply because PuraNova Labs disagrees with or dislikes the findings.
